Sunna van Kampen

Sunna Van Kampen


An entrepreneur with over 8 years’ experience in FMCG and financial services across Europe. Sunna has broad ranging experience across 4 different industries and 6 different brands covering everything from brand proposition development to commercial sales. He was most recently responsible for the business development of Piccolo Baby Food, the fastest growing baby food brand in the UK. He grew business from £100,000 to £4 million turnover and from 6 to 32 SKUs in just 15 months. Prior to this, Sunna was Head of Trading at Virgin Holidays and led global projects for Barclays Bank and Mattel Europe.

Simon Lock

Simon Lock


Has helped grow some of the UK’s most progressive challenger retail brands over the past 10 years. Simon has the ability to work across categories effectively identifying opportunities and working closely with retailers to deliver the ideas – helping drive incremental growth. Highlights include helping grow the Ecover and Method cleaning brands into world leaders in green cleaning. Helped launch and developed the Bonne Maman brand of patisseries in the UK – taken to £8 million sales across all major UK retailers. Securing, working on and helping deliver large scale private label contracts in some of the UK’s largest and most successful retailers.


Segun Akinwoleola

Head of Sales

An experienced FMCG professional, Segun began his career 8 years ago in Beauty working in commercial and category functions for brands such as Coty (Rimmel), Revlon & Kao Brands (John Frieda). There he managed JBP’s with some of the UK’s largest retailers delivering growth above category. Segun then decided to venture into food & drink by helping to launch Australia’s number 1 breakfast drink (Up&Go) and Sorghum based cereal (Nutribrex) into the UK taking the total portfolio from £1m to £3m. He then went onto work in with The Black Farmer and founded The Gym Kitchen a brand focused on delivering great tasting food products for customers looking for heath without compromise.

Rob Hester

Robert Hester

Business Development and Marketing

An exceptional business development and marketing manager, previously launched h software company Appreciate, an online platform to connect people with any non-profit, anywhere in the world.

Prior to Appreciate, he trained at AB InBev as a Global Management Trainee where he gained a deep level of understanding of everything FMCG, from Supply Chain management, to trade marketing for ABI’s global brand Budweiser. His professional experience also includes time with Coutts Private Bank (Onshore and Offshore), Odey Asset Management, Russell Reynolds, the House of Lords and Appleby Law.


Ieva Kazakeviciute

Sales Manager

A dedicated sales manager with experience across the globe in Asia with the Ritz Carlton, Europe with her time at GIHE and Bulgari Hotels, Thailand with The Bridal Planer, and most recently in Madagascar with Blue Ventures Marine Conservation, Ieva is highly experienced across multiple sectors and has a keen eye for everything ethical.
